Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. The following terms apply to all cancellations and amendments of bookings made with Holiday Crafter.
1. Client Cancellations for Hotel or Tour
All cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date on which we receive your written request, and are applied as follows:
- 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund or credit note, as per the supplier's policy.
- 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% deduction of the total package cost.
- Within 15 days of arrival: No refund. 100% cancellation charges apply.
2. Airline Ticket Cancellations
Some special, promotional and discounted airfares are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable. Refunds on air tickets are governed by the policy of the operating airline. Where a date change is permitted, the passenger is responsible for any difference in fare. A service fee is applicable on all cancellations and amendments.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Visa fees and visa processing charges.
- Hotel bookings made during peak season.
- Cruise bookings.
- Special event tours.
- Promotional airfares.
- Government taxes and levies.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of natural calamities, government advisories or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with the rules of the respective suppliers.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date we receive approval from the concerned suppliers. All refunds are credited to the original method of payment.
